We want to save you money, so we use multiple couriers to give you options to keep delivery prices low! The couriers used include: Auspost, Auspost Express, Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers. All shipping prices are calculated when you checkout based on your location, and the weight/size of the items you are ordering.
The best method for determining shipping cost is to simply add the items to cart and begin checking out, or by using our shipping estimator in the shopping cart. The shipping estimator is located below the items in the shopping cart, input your post code and click the estimate button to use. You can check prices and shipping costs without having to commit to placing an order.
FREE SHIPPING:
We now offer free shipping for orders over $100.00, a deal that almost none of our competitors dare to offer. Regardless of whether you are in Metro Sydney, or the Outback of WA, if your order is worth $100 or more (GST inclusive) our system will choose a freight solution to be applied to your order free of charge. If you would prefer to ship with another provider, you can simply choose to ship using other methods (note: courier fees will apply if you do not choose the free freight option).
Please Note:
- Shipping deliveries take place from Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm), not including public holidays.
- Delivery time is available next to each delivery option listed for your order, please add one day to these timeframes to let us prepare your order and then ship it. If you have ordered before 11am we can generally get your order sent that day for you.

To make fundraising with our products even easier, we offer a sale or return policy on all glowsticks sold.
We will buy back up to 40% of an order in which returned glow sticks are inside 'unopened' Tubes/Packets. So, if you overstock for a particular event, we'll happily refund you for returned glow sticks. Any postal/courier costs incurred by sending the glow sticks back to us is at the customers expense. Returned glow sticks will be refunded at the price which they were purchased, however if this causes a change in 'bulk prices', products price will be ammended.
For example: You have ordered 1100 5mm bracelets at the price of $0.12 each, the price for 1000+, then returned 300, dropping quantitiy purchased back to 800, the price per stick will then be increased to $0.14, the 500+ price.
